Store Policies / Services

RETURN POLICY Please take note of our NEW return/exchange policy shown on the bottom of your register receipt. We will no longer take returns or make exchanges without a valid register receipt. All exchanges or returns must be taken within 30 days of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

SPECIAL ORDERS Garners is happy to special order any product that we do not carry. We welcome the opportunity to better learn the items and issues of concern to our customers. We do require payment in advance for any products we do not currently stock.

PERSONAL CHECK POLICY We accept all in-state checks. We need a driver’s license and/or picture I.D. with a valid street address and a current phone number. (Post Office Box addresses are not acceptable.) No counter checks, starter checks or two party checks will be accepted. The name on the driver‘s license or I.D. must match the name on the check.
